I appreciated having 1 queen size bed in the room, that was exceptionally nice too. The hotel was set in a touristic area very close to well-preserved Ottoman-era palace as well as the mountains out to the sea. It also was in the chouf area.

I had a fantastic experience at this luxury hotel. The handmade details throughout the premises, such as the curtains, rugs, and chandeliers, added a unique touch that truly made this place feel special. The breakfast served here is absolutely amazing, with delicious saj bites and a mouthwatering foul madammas. They are also willing to accommodate special requests, like eggs kavarma and omelettes. The swimming area provided a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, always wearing a smile and ready to assist in any way possible. The hotel is also very kid-friendly and safe for children to explore. I recently stayed at a beautiful property with a stunning view of Beiteddine Palace and the mountains. The Ottoman palace that the hotel is based in is absolutely incredible, with retained original features, high arched ceilings, and beautiful mountain views. The staff were attentive and the beds were some of the comfiest I've slept in. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent.
Would recommend this hotel.

Nestled in an old palace in the Chouf area, this hotel boasts a convenient location to the Beiteddine palace which is within walking distance. The rooms, though in need of renovation, offer comfortable beds, while the bathrooms could use some updating. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast while admiring the stunning views of the mountains.
The food at the restaurant is overpriced and of average quality, leaving much to be desired.

The complementary dinner and breakfast were a great touch, along with the stunning location in the mountains. The old and historic architecture was impressive and made for a romantic getaway. The dinner terrace with its beautiful views was a highlight of our stay.
The bath towels and bathrobes smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast selection was mediocre and could have offered more options.
